Admission Procedure

Admissions are given subject to fulfillment of criteria and availability of seats. The school follows a transparent admission policy. Generally, the admission process includes obtaining an application for admission, submitting a duly filled admission form, a random selection process, and results and observations during a school visit. The decision of the school remains final.

    DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:
  • Pre-Primary section: Photocopy of birth certificate, passport size latest photograph, photocopy of Aadhar Card.
  • Std. I: Original Birth Certificate, photocopy of Aadhar Card.
  • Std. II to X: The school leaving certificate from the last school attended, photocopy of Aadhar Card.

Progress report of the last qualifying examination. If the student has come on a transfer from another state or district, the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the concerned District Education Officer.

Admission Cancellation Procedure

  1. In case parents wish to withdraw the admission of their child, it should be intimated to the school office before the school close in the second term for summer vacation.
  2. In case of new admission and std. I (Senior K.G. going Std. I) the entire admission fee would be deducted from the fees paid.
  3. In case of parents who cancel their admission after the stipulated time there will be a deduction in the fees paid as per the following rules:
30 days from the opening date of the school as notified by Zilla Parishad 10% deduction of school fees
45 days from the opening date of the school as notified by Zilla Parishad 20% deduction of school fees
60 days from the opening date of the school as notified by Zilla Parishad 50% deduction of school fee
Cancellation after two months No refund of school fee

Monday to Friday

Pre-primary: 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Std. I to X : 7.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Qualifying Age

  • Mini K.G.: 3 years complete
  • Jr. K.G.: 4 years complete
  • Sr. K.G.: 5 years complete
  • Std. I: 6 years complete

Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees should be paid as specified in the fee structure in two installments.
  2. Office hours for fee transactions are 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
  3. Admission will be confirmed after completion of the necessary office procedure and payment of the fee.

Late Fee Rules

In case of delay in payment of fee after the stipulated time given by the school, the additional late fee would be collected per day.
